Our enhanced subscription allows for the same reliability of traditional subscriptions, but adds flexibility, making it easier for you to join us here at the theater. The FlexPass Subscription allows subscribers to purchase passes to be exchanged for tickets to 2024/25 Season performances.
Use your FlexPass for one show, two shows, or our entire season lineup! This added flexibility is ideal for bringing guests to the theater or swapping your tickets for another show if you can’t attend a performance.
3-Ticket Flexpass | $144
Ideal if you want to see each of our mainstage season shows. Just buy one for each person in your group!
4-Ticket Flexpass | $192
Do you only connect with two of our titles? Out of town or busy during certain parts of the year? This package is ideal for you! This package is perfect for you and a guest to experience two of our shows.
5-Ticket Flexpass | $240
Have a bigger family or dedicated group of “play-mates” you want to bring to the theater? Buy as many packages to align with your theater-going group, or get your group together to come to one show!

How does my FlexPass Subscription work?
Distribute your FlexPass tickets amongst any of the available shows however you would like!
For example, bring a guest to each show, or bring a large group to DINNER FOR ONE. Use your FlexPass in the way that works best for YOU!
Can I keep my old seats?
Yes! If you have specific seats that you prefer, just let the box office know and we will reserve them for you. Seat assignments are also subject to availability, so if you want seats in row D, contact us early.
I know which dates I would like. How and when can I reserve my tickets?
Reserve your tickets and seats AT ANY TIME online or by contacting the Box Office:

The updated flexibility of FlexPass membership allows Subscribers who already know the seats and dates they want to book to reserve their seats and tickets as early as they would like, while also providing the option for those who want the flexibility to book closer to the date when they better know their schedule.
I don’t know what dates I would like. How long do I have to decide?
To ensure you get your preferred date and seats, we would suggest making your reservations before tickets become available to the general public.
You can still reserve your tickets after these dates, and our box office staff will do their best to accommodate all your needs. But please keep in mind there could be some restrictions.
What happens if I can no longer attend the show that I booked tickets for?
Contact our Box Offce and we can get you switched into another available performance.

FlexPass Subscribers get free ticket exchanges per each ticket in your pass. All exchanges must be made with the Box Office 48 hours before the ticketed date.
We also understand that things happen. If you are not able to make a performance because of sickness, car trouble or Minnesota weather, let us know and we will try our best to find a solution! NEW for FlexPass Subscribers, this season we are offering Missed-Show Insurance. Running too late to make curtain or completely forgot about your performance date? We have you covered! Our box office will switch you into another available date. *Once per season, subject to availability, eligible FlexPass performances apply
What happens if a show or date is sold out?
Tickets are based on availability; however, our Box Office will work with you to try to find a solution. Be sure to take advantage of your FlexPass Subscriber early access and select your seats and dates before general tickets are released to ensure the best seats and availability.
